Super Box Solutions sells streaming media hardware, including the SuperBox S7 Pro.

Product descriptions, specifications, availability, and pricing may change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure information on our website is accurate but may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions when discovered.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes may be added during checkout.

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order because of product availability, payment issues, suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, or other legitimate business reasons.

If payment has been collected for an order we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

Payment is required at checkout and is processed through our online payment provider.

Super Box Solutions does not directly collect or process your complete payment card information.

Super Box Solutions provides free standard shipping on qualifying orders within the contiguous United States.

In-stock orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is successfully processed.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by the shipping carrier, weather, service disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Returns Policy.

Opened or used products are generally not eligible for return unless the product is defective or was damaged during shipping.

All returns require prior authorization from Super Box Solutions.

SuperBox devices require compatible equipment and an internet connection to access online services.

Internet performance, Wi-Fi conditions, third-party services, geographic availability, and other factors outside the control of Super Box Solutions may affect the customer's experience.

Super Box Solutions sells streaming media hardware. We do not own, operate, control, or guarantee third-party streaming apps, channels, programming, websites, subscriptions, or services that may be accessed using the device.

Availability, pricing, content, compatibility, and functionality of third-party services may change at any time and are controlled by their respective providers.

Customers are responsible for complying with the terms, subscription requirements, and applicable laws associated with any third-party apps or services they choose to use.

Purchase of a SuperBox device from Super Box Solutions does not constitute the purchase of third-party programming or subscription services from Super Box Solutions.

The SuperBox S7 Pro itself does not require a monthly SuperBox subscription. However, third-party apps or services used with the device may require separate accounts, purchases, or subscriptions.

Super Box Solutions does not control or assume responsibility for fees charged by third-party providers.

Super Box Solutions is an independent seller of SuperBox products unless otherwise expressly stated.

SuperBox product names, trademarks, logos, and other brand assets belong to their respective owners. References to those products are used to identify the products offered for sale.

Super Box Solutions does not control the manufacturer or third-party services associated with the device.

Warranty coverage is governed by the warranty terms applicable to the product and any additional written warranty terms provided by Super Box Solutions.

Manufacturer technical support, software updates, and third-party application support may be provided by parties other than Super Box Solutions and are subject to their respective policies and availability.

You agree to use our website and products only for lawful purposes.

Super Box Solutions does not authorize or encourage copyright infringement, unauthorized access to content, circumvention of access controls, or any other unlawful use of products or services.
